Effective on the 1st January 2009 Dr. D. Axt-Manz and Dr. P. Schanowski-Bouvier have taken over the medical management
of the department of vascular surgery at the Marien-Hospital (Marienkrankenhaus) Frankfurt. This facility allows the
treatment of elective surgery under the familiar regular and personal care, as well as the treatment of emergency cases
24/7. The interdisciplinary cooperation with the other departments of the hospital allows a significant extension of the offered
therapy spectrum.

Our practice offers the 18-month training qualification for Phlebology.
Residencies to obtain qualifications in the use of ultrasonography and colour-coded duplexsonography can be organised on demand.
